This decision scared me. That’s why I said yes.

I’ve made a decision.

In March 2026, I’ll be competing in my first Ironman 70.3.

And in 2027, I plan to complete a full Ironman.

The Ironman 70.3 consists of a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, and 13.1-mile run, totaling 70.3 miles.

The Ironman, or full distance, consists of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, and 26.2-mile run, totaling 140.6 miles.

Now, this isn’t about becoming a triathlete.

Or chasing a medal.

It’s about proving something deeper.

👉 That we are capable of anything we put our mind to.

👉 That growth never has to stop.

👉 That the best version of yourself is still ahead.

You see, I’ve already checked a lot of boxes in life.

Dream career. Family. Stability.

But I’m not chasing comfort anymore.

I’m chasing commitment.

Because I believe in leading by example.

And if I’m telling others to live with intention and pursue their full potential…

Then I have to do the same.

The Ironman isn’t just a race..

it’s a symbol.It’s a daily reminder that discipline matters.

That pain has a purpose.

And that “impossible” is usually just untapped potential.

So whether you’re running your own race, battling burnout, or trying to find clarity…I want you to know this:

You are capable of far more than you think.

You don’t have to settle.

You don’t have to shrink.

You don’t have to stay stuck.

Your next level is already waiting—You just have to start moving toward it.

All Praise to the Most High,

Aamir
